Abilities:
(Dulcina's Abilities will be left up to her typist, the Talos witches focus mostly on dark magics and summoning. She could also be capable of spells to embue her weapons with magic.)

Skills:
Born into a world at war, Dulcina was taught the fine arts of swordplay and crossbows. In this modern age she was also taught how to use handguns and smaller caliber weapons. Her Elven heritage makes her tall and slight of build, adding to her agility. She also knows many languages including Elven.

History:
Dulcina is a Talos, a powerful witch on her accord, descended from the most powerful witches Terra has ever seen. Her father was an Elf aligned with the Shadow Court. During her childhood, she had a close relationship with her mother. During Enlightenment, most of her family was scattered across the world, and her own mother was pulled through a Rift to never be heard from again. She had spent the time since Enlightenment mostly with her remaining family, her Aunt Danette. At the age of twenty, Danette was killed, and Dulcina was taken in by her father in the Shadow Court. Upon reaching adulthood, Dulcina would have followed in her family's footsteps to become a bit of a mercenary herself.
