Abilities:
Like all members of the Blood Rose Clan, Jessie has a unique ability. He can influence peoples moods with his voice. This only works if he is singing and those around him can hear him. If he's singing to a deaf person their mood will remain unaffected. He cause people to like him, hate him, become angry, fall in love all with his voice. Much like the old tales of bards.

Skills:
Before he was turned, Jessie was quite the acrobatic gymnast. This has transferred over to his Undead life. He is far more agile then other Vampires his age and generation. Able to balance better and move slightly faster.

History:
Growing up in the orphanages of Librium and then later on the streets, Jessie caught the attention of Iris Kelrina shortly after her own turning. She befriended the boy and the two of them had many a grand adventure. She convinced the Clan to accept him and he was Turned on his 19th Birthday. He is still considered a Fledgling of the clan though there is rumor that the Lords and Ladies have been talking about declaring him Ancilla.

Notes: Jessie will be playing closely with Iris Kelrina and Melantha Jarel and the other members of the Blood Rose Clan.
