| In the beginning, there was peace. The Humans and the Others. Living in their own little worlds. Never really connecting to one another. The Others; elves, dwarves, celestials, and so forth. Waged their own quiet political wars against one another while the Humans fought war after war against their brethren. But, as one might imagine, it all came to a head during the Human's Second World War. When the large poisonous bomb fell on an Other Sancutary, war with the Others was in the cards. Mankind did not know how to fight the Others. Not yet anyway. Scholars found old books. Things they thought fiction and useless. Now were important and priceless. For the next 212 years, the wars ravaged the world. Poisioning the soil. Destroying the beauty. Killing the land. But Terra, or Earth as some might know it as, rose up on her own. Tired of being abused, poisoned, and hurt. She decided to end the war herself. Earthquakes, floods, rifts, ... seas rose.. mountains crumbled, and when she finally quieted.. Terra was not what she used to be. She was a demolished world. Forcing everyone to begin again. To work together. A forceable peace. One that was to be known, as the Enlightenment. But how long will it last? Dark Renaissance - Code:
